Pull heart-rate from a matched Garmin activity into the synced workout.

Your profile

Stamps local time into the FIT so Strava shows the correct workout time.

Workouts finished before this date are never offered for sync. Useful if you logged older sessions in Garmin by hand. Leave it empty to consider your whole Hevy history.

Watch activities

Merge Hevy sets/reps into a same-time Garmin watch activity instead of uploading a separate strength activity.

Write the exercise/sets summary into the Garmin activity's description.
